Public Records Request

Upon receipt of a request for a copy of public records, the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) shall determine whether or not such request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of SCRRA. SCRRA shall provide written notice of this determination within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the request pursuant to California Government Code Section 6253.
